the 3 pillars of health

In 1995, I studied with Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon I trained for two years to be an ayurvedic educator. Ayur…what? Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, the science of life and longevity.

Changed my life, gave me ALL the answers I was seeking to literally blow my mind and recover from my trauma dramas. I turned back the biological clock and grew younger.
So can you!

1. Strong Digestion

2. Smoothe, regular elimination

3. Restful sleep

Uh-huh. The big threesome.  You? How do you fair with these? Hmmm?

As the founder of YogaNurse®, our YogaNursing treatments enhance and invigorate all three.

Ginger Tea will light up your agni. Fresh ginger, hot water a touch of lemon. Drank it all day long during my trainings with Deepak. OR buy some boxed ginger tea…but there ‘ain’t nothin’ like the real thing.” 🙂

STRESS will block the flow that is necessary to your body mind and literally make you sick, tired, constipated, bloated which leads to all kinds of meds to treat the mess…that lead to lots of side effects that require more meds to treat the growing mess…

Agni: an ayurvedic term =(digestive fire) that eliminates the Ama (toxic residue of undigested substances)You want to stoke the digestive fire that leads to smooth regular elimination AND restful sleep.
